The integration of CrowdStrike Falcon Shield with the Qualtrics Platform will bring greater visibility and automated protections to customers, the companies stated.
The new integration connects the two products to provide organizations with real-time visibility and automated protections for user activity, permission, configurations, and data access. The connection will give security teams the ability to detect misconfigurations, flag unusual access, identify bot activity, and enforce policies automatically within Qualtrics which will then reduce risk, strengthen compliance, and secure the experiences that drive customer and employee relationships, the companies said.
“Every company competes on experience, and experience is built on trust,” Daniel Bernard, chief business officer with CrowdStrike said. “By integrating Falcon Shield with the Qualtrics XM Platform, we’re helping customers secure their most valuable data and ensure the integrity of every interaction. Together, we’re enabling organizations to innovate faster and operate with confidence.”
According to the companies, data misuse ranks as consumers’ top AI concern, and organizations that demonstrate trustworthy data practices can see as much as a 10-point increase in customer comfort. The new Qualtrics integration will extend protection into customer and employee experience programs. Organizations can now trust that their data is protected at the highest levels, the companies said, which will allow them to scale and accelerate their investments in customer and employee experience.
“Trust is the currency of innovation in business today, especially when delivering exceptional customer and employee experiences,” Assaf Keren, Chief Security Officer at Qualtrics, said. “Through this integration, our customers have the visibility and control they need to secure AI-driven workflows while moving at the speed modern business demands, as well as knowing their data is protected by the highest standards of security and ethics.”
