Fairfax County Economic Development Authority sponsors Cybertech 2016

The Fairfax County Economic Development Authority (FCEDA) recently announced that it is sponsoring the Cybertech 2016 international technology exhibition and conference in Tel Aviv, Israel.

FCEDA is using the exhibition to showcase Fairfax County, Virginia, as a friendly potential locale for tech and cyber related firms looking to expand into competitive U.S. markets. The event is expected to draw approximately 8,000 attendees from tech firms operating in such industries as finance, defense, transportation, telecommunications, utilities and health from around the world.

“Any company that is serious about building its cyber-related business needs to have a presence in the United States, and with its many assets for cybersecurity companies Fairfax County is the ideal place for U.S. expansion,” President and CEO of the FCEDA Gerald L. Gordon said. “This conference is an excellent opportunity to showcase Fairfax County as the capital of cybersecurity opportunities for Israeli firms interested in our services that can accelerate their expansion in this market.”

FCEDA is an award-winning organization that aims to project and promote Fairfax County, Virginia, as a business and economic hub. FCEDA works to find locations for expanding businesses as well as providing business development assistance in Fairfax County.
