U.S. Army and European Command awards KBR $771M contract

KBR will continue to provide life support, equipment readiness, training and supply chain solutions for the United States Army Northern Command (NORTHCOM) and European Command (EUCOM) under a new $771 million cost-plus-fixed-fee contract option. 

The contract awarded this week will perform between March 2024 and March 2025 as part of a Logistics Civil Augmentation Program (LOGCAP) V contract. LOGCAP offers indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity contracts with combatant command-based task orders, and in this case, will allow KBR to continue supporting approximately 20,000 U.S. personnel across locations in Europe and North America, through measures such as humanitarian support, facility management and supply chain solutions. 

“KBR has spent three decades developing and refining a resilient, global supply chain in support of our LOGCAP work,” Byron Bright, KBR Government Solutions U.S. president, said. “Our agile staffing solutions and deep domain expertise allow us to consistently deliver mission-critical services to the U.S. Army, and our ability to conduct multi-domain operations means we are prepared for any contingency that arises. KBR provides critical services when the mission can’t fail.

In Europe, KBR also supports LOGCAP operations for Bulgaria, Germany, Italy, Kosovo, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Romania and Turkey. It likewise assists military exercises throughout NORTHCOM and EUCOM regions.
